The junior associate does have a partner of reference who he sees daily and is customarily part of a team focused on specific sectors.
The compensation package both for junior and senior associates is based on a fixed amount plus a bonus calculated on the quality of work produced over as certain amount of time and on the level of independence reached in handling the relevant task.
Summer Trainee paid periods (from 30 to 60 days) are envisaged for national and international university students focused on general aspects of corporate international law.
