A team of attorneys and accountants can be set up within a very short period of time and, following an initial consultation with the shareholders or the management, can intervene with methodologies and teamwork build and developed through the years.

This service allows the Client, on a one stop shopping procedure, to focus on the business and on the relevant strategic decisions, while delegating the execution of the corporate legal and administrative functions to an integrated team of professionals trained to deliver.

The service would tipically be rendered on site and a flat rate is customarily envisaged.

The metodology does envisage two lines of activity, internal and external.

The internal one, addressed at the company, aims at complying with budget and mandatory provisions with a pragmatic approach.

The external one focuses on the infragroup and related parties activities establishing, with the same scope and costraints of the internal line, a direct channell of communication and action with the group's CEO and CFO.
