The firm has structured a specific service called Project Legal Management (PLM) particularily focused on development of new business projects in the areas of convergence of information technology / telecom / media and content enablement for platforms of reference.

The professional service PLM can be activated by the firm or by the Client.

If by the firm, we would advice the Client and / or relevant market players of the possibility of carrying out of a specific business project. Such proposition from our firm would tipically stem from an internal legal regulatory interpretation.

If by the Client, when we are requested to structure the project and to coordinate all the various professionals involved in the same.

In both cases we contribute coordinating all the aspects of the project from the drafting of the business plan to the implementation of the most efficient corporate structure, the drafting of the relevant contracts (corporate, HR, ordinary business), including all the various relations between the parties (shareholding agreements) and with third parties ( joint ventures, m&a, licenses, concessions).

The team of professionals involved would typically see the participation of a regulatory, corporate, tax and IP professional as attorneys of reference.

The tipical project addresses more than one jurisdiction and the large majority have a world wide scope.

In occasion of the rendering of such services the fee structure of the firm is specifically targeted to the project with a billable hour or a flat montly rate and, in both cases, specific compensation anchored to specific events; an equity participation of the firm would also customarily be envisaged.
