International Organizations

We assist several International Organisations and Foreign Governments in establishing their respective headquarters, embassies and consulates in Italy, and on their behalf we have drafted and negotiated agreements of public and private international law with the Italian Government. We have been retained to be responsible for all of the public and private law aspects of the obtainment of a public legal personality dealing specifically with taxation and immunities issues in matters such as:

• Negotiation of headquarters agreement and amendment of existing one against the Italian Government;
• Purchase of premises on behalf of International Organizations and foreign representation;
• Co-operation and aid programme contracts;
• Installation of worldwide telecommunication service.
